Support Ticketing System (7.x-1.0-rc2) was a module planned for this website. It has been uninstalled due to a nasty habit of injecting itself into every single sql statement available to the Views module.
This review contains my initial thoughts on Open Atrium 2. I will admit from the start, I only gave it a cursory glance.

Drupal is not for web creators, dreaming of their first website and looking for easy solutions. To become proficient at Drupal takes years, not months, and to set up your first website takes months, not days or weeks.
Drupal is known as a content management system or CMS. It allows people with little experience in programming to create different websites with incredible diversity. However, calling Drupal a CMS does it a great disservice. Some people call it a content management framework or CMF. However you slice it, Drupal does everything a CMS does and more.
Experimenting with Drupal Commons is over.
I spent too much time fixing their problems, and not enough time on problems of my own. On the bright side, it was an insightful experience and something I'm glad I did not miss out on. In the long run, isn't that what life is about?
